Management

Repairs

Per hour, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Specialist trades, such as electricians and Gas Safe engineers: quoted per job at cost plus our 12.5% handling fee.
Evenings and Saturdays at 1.5×, Sundays and bank holidays at 2×. Minimum attendance two hours. Emergencies are answered and triaged at once; the right trade is sent as soon as one is available. Emergency activation: £150.
