Choose the plan by how often your home needs a visit, and the price by its size. Every plan includes reports in English or Arabic, a monthly owner report, and every certificate renewed on time.

Before you choose, check the visit frequency against your insurer's conditions for empty homes. Many policies require inspections at a set interval.
- Set-up: £395 per home, once: a first visit, a written condition report, certificates gathered, keys cut and your portal set up. Not charged on Residence.
- Billed yearly. Prices are per home, per month, and exclude VAT.
- Not included, and charged at our published rates: repairs and works, certificates themselves, cleaning, linen and shopping (at cost plus 12.5%).
- Refurbishments and projects over £10,000 are managed for a fee of 12% of the cost of the works.
